Ron Howard (der Apollo 13 Regisseur) bringt diesen September in den USA eine neue Doku zum Apollo-Programm ins Kino, mit aufpoliertem Originalfilmmaterial. Die Bilder sehen wirklich klasse aus, fast als wäre es heute gefilmt.

Between 1968 and 1972, nine American spacecraft voyaged to the Moon, and 12 men walked upon its surface. IN THE SHADOW OF THE MOON brings together for the first, and possibly the last, time surviving crew members from every single Apollo mission that flew to the Moon along with visually stunning archival material re-mastered from the original NASA film footage.

ich hab von dem Film schon mal gehört, aber kommt der Film bei uns auch irgendwann ins Kino?

Na ja, der Film ist bisher nur auf einigen Film Festivals gelaufen. Der US Kinostart ist am 7. September.
Ob und wann der Film auch in Europa laufen wird, steht wohl noch nicht fest
